Supervisors approve Farnsworth amendments and select Construction Manager at Risk for county renovations
Dallas County approved two amendments with Farnsworth Group for county facility renovations and selected Construction Manager at Risk as the delivery method for the Nile Kinnick/10th Street renovation project. The board authorized the chair to sign the agreements.

The board approved Professional Services Agreement Amendment #7 for design work on 902 Court (County Attorney space) and Amendment #8 for renovations at 100 Nile Kinnick Dr. N and 210 N 10th St. Both amendments are dated March 6, 2026 and were approved by motion and unanimous vote.
