MMPC removes SRC and LPA recommendation step from Pathway 2
The Clinton County MMPC voted on Aug. 25 to remove the ability of the Site Review Committee and Local Planning Agency to recommend acceptance of an application to the County Approval Agency in step 4 of Siting Pathway #2; the motion carried and no roll-call tally was recorded in the minutes.

Member Katie Fournier moved to alter Siting Pathway #2 by removing the ability of the Site Review Committee (SRC) and the Local Planning Agency (LPA) to recommend acceptance of an application to the County Approval Agency (CAA) from step 4; Member Cliff Walkington supported the motion and it carried.
