The Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously June 18 to recommend rescinding Chapter 151 and incorporating swimming-pool rules into Chapter 153, creating permanent/temporary pool distinctions, a one-time temporary-pool permit, new fencing language, and a requirement that private pool rentals meet Minnesota commercial pool licensing standards.
