Development and MTP updates: SPRC pipeline and positive public response to draft MTP
Committee members reviewed upcoming SPRC projects (Courthouse-area site plans, Dominion Arms, Oakland Street Flats, Potomac Yard land bays) and heard that Phase 4 MTP public engagement was largely positive: 42 days of comment, 17 events, ~4,500 attendees and ~400 web responses, with pedestrian safety and transit named top public priorities.

Members reported on site-plan activity in the SPRC and LRPC pipeline: several adaptive-reuse projects are under construction, and upcoming hearings include Courthouse-area developments, Dominion Arms (South Glebe), and Oakland Street Flats (Virginia Square). Volunteers were identified to represent the PAC at these reviews.
