Staff presented Lot Line Adjustment 00345, a reconfiguration proposed by TJL Capital, Norm McCabe and El Toro Export affecting three parcels in El Centro. The parcels will be resized (approximate pre- and post-adjustment acreages were given in staff materials) to better align with current operations; staff recommended the commission find the adjustment exempt under CEQA Article 19 §15305 (minor alterations in land use limitations) and approve the adjustment subject to conditions.
