Project leads updated trustees that the pension-administration system (PAS) implementation is progressing on schedule: 20 of 40 planned discovery sessions have been completed and multiple process-mapping sessions (service purchases, benefit calculation, COLA, payroll) have been carried out to ensure the new system will reflect ISERS business practices. Staff emphasized next steps for data mapping, migration and testing.
