ISERS authorizes $100,000 to ISRIS Corp. for building reroofing project
Trustees authorized an additional $100,000 investment by ISERS into ISRIS Corp. to help pay for a reroofing project and ongoing operations; staff said tenant income may allow future dividends back to ISERS.

ISERS staff reported that ISRIS Corp. shareholders approved a Nielsen Construction bid to reroof the ISRIS building and asked the board to authorize an additional $100,000 contribution to ISRIS Corp. to cover construction and operational costs. Trustees approved the additional funding by voice vote.
