Jason Lytle of engineering firm GMB presented Amendment #2 to the Owner–Engineer Agreement for the Pumping Station Project and asked the council for approval. Commissioner Michael Sullivan moved to approve Amendment #2; Commissioner Rose Potter seconded and the council approved the amendment unanimously.
