The zoning administrator moved agenda item PLN260109 (Hanley Drive, Carmel) up and heard staff’s request to continue the hearing because the matter had not been publicly noticed in accordance with county code. Jacqueline Nickerson (staff) said the item would be renoticed and recommended a date-certain continuance; the date of Oct. 8 was confirmed for the continued hearing.
