The City Council approved Resolution No. 2026-03-03-003 authorizing Kempner to participate in the Texas SmartBuy purchasing program and authorizing execution of required purchasing documents. Councilmember David Richardson (Place 1) made the motion to approve the resolution; Councilmember Tom Combs (Place 2) seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
