Hearing Examiner Amanda Rivera closed the public comment portion of the case after receiving one public comment and responses from the applicant and staff. Rivera thanked participants, acknowledged receipt of applicant and staff 48-hour letters and exhibits, and said she had enough information to decide the case but would issue a written decision after two other cases she must finish first.
