At the close of presentations, the hearing examiner set a procedural schedule. Donna Marie Collins said she would leave the written record open for revised conditions and deviations and specified the deadline: "the written record is going to be left open until 4PM on September 18." She also said she had not yet done a site visit but planned to do so that afternoon and would turn her attention to preparing a recommendation after reviewing the record.
