Yuri Baikau of Tierra Transportation Consultants, accepted as an expert by the hearing examiner, summarized the transportation analysis for the rezoning. He told the hearing that the proposal adds a daycare use and increases industrial floor area by about 50,000 sq ft, which increases project peak-hour trips by “approximately a 116 trips.”
