Board ratifies easement and approves change order for Governor Stable Road Bridge 2; construction underway
The Conoy Township board ratified an easement with Christopher Minnich, approved Change Order #1 switching to R-7 riprap and confirmed the multimodal grant-funded Governor Stable Road Bridge 2 construction is underway with a tentative Dec. 2, 2026 completion date.

The Conoy Township Board of Supervisors ratified and signed an easement agreement with Christopher Minnich for the Governor Stable Road Bridge 2 project on a motion by Supervisor Stephen Mohr, seconded by Supervisor Douglas Hawthorne; the motion carried 5-0. The board later approved Change Order #1 to adjust contract times and change to R-7 riprap for the same Bridge 2 contract, authorizing Secretary/Treasurer Jennifer Rabuck to sign the change order; that motion also passed 5-0.
