Supervisor Gina Mariani reported during the consent-agenda reports that police negotiators have proposed wage increases of 13% in the first year, then 5% the second year, 4% the third year, 3% the fourth year and 3% the fifth year. Mariani also stated the police have filed papers for arbitration.
