Staff presented proposed language to amend Chapter 77 of the parking code to exclude specified properties and new developments from the borough's residential permit program. The draft would codify intent discussed previously: developments that were originally shown as mixed-use but will be constructed as townhomes (for example 410 South High Street) would be carved out so they would not become customers of the residential-permit system.
