Colonial Parking reports corrected August figures, peak occupancy on Aug. 21
Colonial Parking told the West Chester Parking Committee that August was a strong month: a correction reduced reported operating expenses from $92,516 to $65,408, net operating income for August is $168,807 and the average parking ticket value was $3.92; peak occupancy occurred Aug. 21.

Chris Hankins of Colonial Parking presented the garage performance report and corrected an error in the packet: "the operating expenses in the report show $92,516 when it should be $65,408," he said, which increased the reported net operating income for August to $168,807. He told the committee that year-to-date net operating income stands at $498,652 and that the average ticket value for August was $3.92.
