The applications included a revised sign at 16 East K Street and a façade change at 208 East Market Street for Homeward Bound Tattoo; an application for 50 West Market Street was withdrawn by the applicant. Staff displayed photos of the proposed sign at 16 East K Street that were not included in the agenda packet.
