Staff told the council that Depot Plaza's public opening is scheduled for next Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and encouraged council attendance. The same staff update said the Raber property met with village staff this week and paperwork to close the transaction will begin next week; staff estimated the closing process could take about 90 days to complete.
