A motion (Jenneman/Reischel) to approve the final plat for Creekside Estates as submitted and to authorize the City Administrator to record the plat with the Chippewa County Register of Deeds was made and carried on Sept. 9, 2026. The council also approved a draft purchase agreement for lots within Creekside Estates via a separate motion (Jenneman/Hansen) that carried.
