Evergreen Elementary construction on schedule; district to present GMP 3 at next meeting
A project presenter updated the board that site work, footings and early prefabrication are complete and that GMP 3 (the guaranteed maximum price covering the full project) will be presented at the next board meeting. The presenter said occupancy planning targets mid-August and commissioning will occur before and after occupancy.

Board members received an update on Evergreen Elementary construction, where on-site utilities and sidewalks are installed and footings have been poured. The presenter said prefabricated walls and floor work are beginning and that the team has executed three contract amendments (validation phase and GMPs 1 and 2); GMP 3 will go to the board at the next meeting and will encompass the full project budget.
