Sonia Bridal, who identified herself as representing Van Duwel and Associates, told the Plan Commission the meeting would focus on two chapters of the zoning code: performance standards and landscaping requirements. "So this evening, we're talking about 2 chapters of the zoning code, 6 and 8, performance standards and landscaping requirements," she said.
