Council approves short-term lease to store Reed artifacts while inventory compiled

Council approved Resolution 63, which ratifies a license agreement with Market and Court LLC to use space at 221'223 Market Street to store city artifacts intended for an upcoming online auction. The administration reported the lease would be an initial six-month arrangement at $2,500 per month with the possibility of converting to a month-to-month arrangement thereafter. "This lease agreement is for an initial 6 month period with the possibility of following the 6 month period to move to a month to month lease," the administration report said.
