Board approves final payouts for Valley Woods outfall and Nalan electrical work
Board members approved final contractor payouts: $126,014 to Complete Contractors for the Valley Woods Outfall storm improvement and $95,291.17 to ARC for the Nalan North/South electrical project. The ARC payout included a $22,500 deduction for a 45-day overrun.

The City of Greendale Board of Public Works voted to approve two contractor payments on Sept. 9, 2026. A Board member moved to approve Complete Contractors' bill "for the Valleywoods Outfall Storm improvement of a $126,014," the Chair called the voice vote and the motion carried.
