Moab planning commission recommends adopting Utah wildland-urban interface code
The Moab City Planning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend that the City Council adopt Utah's 2006 Wildland-Urban Interface code (Ordinance 2026-03) to meet requirements of House Bill 48; staff said the commission can later decide where within city limits the code applies.

The Moab City Planning Commission voted on Feb. 12 to forward a positive recommendation to the City Council for Ordinance 2026-03, which would adopt the 2006 edition of the Utah Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) code to implement House Bill 48.
