Andrea (speaker 14), a project representative, asked the council for a letter of support for the Sand Flats Economic and Community Access (SECA) planning grant, which would evaluate safety, mobility and emergency access along roughly nine miles of Sand Flats Road and identify near‑, mid‑ and long‑term transportation improvements.
