Board approves zoning change and conditional permit for 3,600 sq ft accessory structure on County Highway D parcel
The Village Board adopted a zoning map amendment and conditional use permit, based on a Plan Commission recommendation and GRAEF review, to allow a 3,600 sq ft accessory structure on ~6.72 acres at tax parcel 37-4-121-084-0438 (west side of County Highway D). The ordinance to rezone the parcel (Ordinance No. 16-1-47) was adopted and will be forwarded to Kenosha County.

The Village Board voted on June 9 to approve a Zoning Map Amendment and Conditional Use Permit allowing a 3,600-square-foot accessory structure on approximately 6.72 acres at tax parcel 37-4-121-084-0438, located on the west side of County Highway D (184th Avenue). The Plan Commission had recommended conditional approval based on materials from GRAEF dated May 20, 2025, and the Board's motions carried unanimously.
