The Daviess County Council approved additional appropriations totaling $81,000 on July 8. The General Fund allocation included $70,000 for the Security Center (Repair & Maintenance, account 1000.36500.00000.0379). The Local Health Department Trust received $11,000 for program supplies and a CPR/AED program. The motions to approve these appropriations were moved and seconded by council members and are recorded in the minutes as passed unanimously.
