IACCAC site visit for Work Release program moved to Oct. 29 because of office relocation

Laura Petty told the board the 2026 IACCAC site visit was originally scheduled for September 24 but, because of the planned office relocation near that date, a new site visit date of October 29 was requested to allow time for the move and for operations to be established in the new location. She explained the Work Release program is jail-based rather than a stand-alone residential facility and that staff are coordinating with IACCAC and jail administration to determine how residential standards apply.
