Sherborn staff reported that C & O Frosty's supplied a plan for an ADA bathroom and that the business reopened while construction and dust‑control measures are in place. Sarah read a vendor email and told the board the contractor plans to submit a full plumbing and building package and hopes to begin work within the month. "They actually sent me this plan that they'll be submitting," Sarah said when summarizing the submission.
