Latasha Carey, who said she serves as authorized agent for the property at 1726 Okeechobee Rd. Unit A, told the magistrate she has been working with the contractor but that health issues and diminished business revenue delayed completion. Building inspector Logan Winn recommended renewal of an expired electrical permit; staff indicated no permit had yet been renewed and that a missing revision form and routing fee stalled FPUA review.
