Legislature appoints members to Community Services Board and subcommittees
Acts 204–207 appoint multiple individuals to the Cattaraugus County Community Services Board and its subcommittees (addictions, mental health, people with developmental disabilities) with four-year terms effective Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2029; Mrs. Andreano abstained on one vote.

The Legislature adopted Acts 204–207 (by Mr. Burr and others) to appoint individuals to the Community Services Board and its subcommittees, including appointments to the Addictions Services and Supports Subcommittee and the Mental Health Subcommittee. Appointees listed include Donna Kahm, Michael Prutsman, Jennifer Ruggles, Dr. Brian Walters, Dr. Kevin D. Watkins, Kylea Andreano, Leonard Liguori, Gina Ward and others; terms are effective Jan. 1, 2026 and expire Dec. 31, 2029.
