Act No. 305, introduced by Mrs. Andreano and Mr. Helmich, authorized the Chair to execute a contract with Prometric, LLC to provide written/oral internet‑based testing and the skills portions of nurse aide competency exams at The Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center (Olean campus). The resolution states Prometric will provide these services at no cost to the county; the initial term runs one year with automatic one‑year renewals.
