Trustee Bryan Martin moved to take from the table a motion to consider approval of the 2025–2026 Board Operating Procedures; Timber Wright seconded. Following discussion, Sam Handley moved to approve the 2025–2026 Board Operating Procedures and Timber Wright seconded the approval motion; the board approved the procedures (motion carried).
