Treasurer Leslie Cummings told council the Sanitary Board approved Chub Run Requisition #13 for $252,801.58. Engineering staff reported Phase 1 of the AMD work is complete, Phase 2 has 31 of 33 right-of-way acquisitions in hand and a reroute is under review with the Department of Highways, and that a vendor bid opening for Chub Run was successful.
