The planning board received brief updates under other business. Planning staff said the York River Access Ad Hoc Group (YRAC) has been working on a public paddle-craft dock concept and that the harbor board planned to forward recommendations on potential private-dock adjustments to planning staff for consideration. The aim is to increase public river access in coordination with harbor interests.
