Planning commission previews Eden Field development, hears candidate announcement and adjourns
Staff announced August 5 as the next Planning Commission meeting to consider the Eden Field residential PUD and PASP; a commission member announced a Ward 1 candidacy before the meeting adjourned by voice vote.

Planning Director Paula Priebe told the commission the next meeting on August 5 will include the Eden Field Development: a proposed PUD rezoning and final area site-plan review for the Orchard Hill Church property to create an attainable residential neighborhood with single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums.
