The Chair told the court the draft budget includes $30,000 to cover the second payment on the original Flock camera contract and said the county appears contractually obligated to make the payment. "We have, dollars 30,000 in this budget, allocated for flock cameras. That is the 2nd payment of the original contract," the Chair said.
