District Engineer Charlie Krebs told the Board the drainage improvements have been approved by the South Florida Water Management District and that construction permits from the Village of Estero were granted; bid documents were finalized and ready for contractor pickup. "The bid documents have been finalized and are ready for the contractors to pick up," the minutes state.
