Superintendent Bennie Mayes presented a request from the Waller County Appraisal District asking the district to authorize purchase of land and improvements and to secure financing for renovations for an appraisal office. After discussion the Board adopted a resolution declining the request while inviting a future proposal that includes additional supporting information.
