Colquitt County, Ga. — The Colquitt County Board of Commissioners met in a joint public hearing Tuesday to begin the county's 10-year comprehensive-plan update. "The purpose of the public hearing was to kick off the ten year update to the comprehensive plan," said Sheena Stephens, planner with the Southwest Georgia Regional Commission.
