The St. Helena Parish Police Jury adopted a resolution finding it appropriate to establish an Industrial Development Board for the parish, approved the Articles of Incorporation, and appointed the initial Board of Directors. The motion was made by Jule C. Wascom, seconded by Willie Morgan, and carried unanimously.
