The City Ordinance Committee recommended amendments to Chapter 867 (Recreational Marihuana) to establish scoring criteria for license applications and create a Marihuana License Review Committee. On April 15, 2025, Councilmember Wesley Smith moved and Councilmember James Grabowski seconded to introduce Ordinance 25-03; the roll call vote passed unanimously.
