The village accepted technical assistance from the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) to update its capital improvement plan (CIP), which staff said has not been formally updated since February 2023. The CMAP-assisted process will inventory and prioritize capital projects and produce a five-year projection to assist budgeting and forecasting.
