Multiple residents used the public-comment period to raise concerns about actions by the library board. Sarah Riley, a Lander resident, said the board held a special meeting on May 12 and then began a 45-day public-comment period with inconsistent public notice dates; she asked commissioners to review the board’s process and ensure the county attorney’s guidance is sought before finalizing policy changes.
