Staff presented a redlined master-plan amendment and companion development agreement that add roughly 61 acres to the existing Deer Mountain Village planned-unit development and align development standards across the enlarged tract. The packet included maps, road plans and near-final water schematics; staff said most substantive changes were confined to about 35 pages amid a large, multipart document.
