The Deltona City Commission adopted resolution 2026-79, setting the city’s tentative millage rate at 6.4948 mills per $1,000 of assessed value — the rollback rate computed under Florida law. The motion, made by Commissioner Santiago and seconded by Commissioner Harriot, passed by a recorded margin announced as 5–2.
