During correspondence the Clerk reported that the city of Ferndale is removing all of its license‑plate reader devices, saying the city stated the move was based on Fourth Amendment concerns. "Ferndale city of Ferndale is taking out all their license plate readers ... is they say it's against the 4th Amendment," the Clerk reported.
