The board approved rezoning for two parcels on Benton Road (partial numbers 070430000000188 and 0704300000018) from Light Industrial to R-8 at the request of the property owners. Planning staff said the area had undergone a reevaluation process and homeowners requested a return to residential zoning; planning and zoning recommended approval on July 21.
