Commissioners approve three plats, replat and minor lot splits
Planning staff presented a replat for Cherbaso Commerce Park and two one-lot plats (Steel Oasis and Walker Wood Run); commissioners approved all three at the meeting.

Planning Director Nathan presented three land-division items. The Cherbaso Commerce Park replat removes septic-system easements to convert former septic sites to buildable lots; the replat also requires town council approval. "This is coming to you because this is, not annexed, and so you would be looking at, essentially, the provision of the platted easements," Nathan explained.
